Neon Army returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Neon Army. We hope you love your purchase. If however you have changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for face masks if the tag has been removed.
We are also unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons but if your item is faulty, please send us an email at [email protected]

How to return your order

*Items must be sent back in their original condition with any tags still attached.

*Please pack your items securely with the returns form enclosed. Please ensure all your details are filled out correctly including your order number so that we may process your refund.

*Please complete and return your form with your order to Neon Army, PO Box 78702, London NW7 OLX.

*You will need to pay for return postage but please obtain proof of postage. Please enquire with your local post office, the safest way to return your parcel.

*It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

*Once we receive your return, we will check the item(s). Once our checks are complete, we will refund back to your payment method less the original postage cost. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so make sure they are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.

Please ensure you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office. Please speak to your local post office about the safest way to return your item.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Customs Duties & Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, the price you pay to Neon Army will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you may need to pay import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
