Delivery Returns policy

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £75.  Orders under £75 have a £6 postage fee.
International deliveries are tracked and signed.  Postage costs will be shown at the checkout depending on where the items are being shipped.

Neon Army returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Neon Army. We hope you love your purchase. If however, you have changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase date.

Please email [email protected] to notify us that you wish to make a return.  Please include your order number or proof of purchase in your email.

Once we have received your email, we aim to respond within 24 hours during our working hours. We will advise how and where to send your return.

Items must still have the tags attached and returned to us in perfect unworn condition.

All return costs are the customers responsibility. Please obtain proof of postage and enquire with your local post office, the safest way to return your parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for face masks or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

*Once we receive your return, we will check the item(s). Once our checks are complete, we will refund back to your payment method less the original postage cost. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 14 working days.

*It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed depending on your bank.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so make sure they are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.

Please ensure you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office. Please speak to your local post office about the safest way to return your item.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Customs Duties & Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, the price you pay to Neon Army will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you may need to pay import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
